Updated . This notice covers the main Page & Process website, including the Discover collection and its website-study readers. The larger version reached through “Enter another world” has separate notices for its additional features.
Opening a public page
Namecheap hosts this website independently of the computer used to build it. Your browser sends the host ordinary request details, including your IP address, requested page, time and browser information. Hosting and security records may be used to deliver the page, investigate faults and protect the service.
You do not need a customer account to browse. The main site has no advertising pixels or behavioural analytics. Choosing an external source link takes you to that publisher and its own information practices.
Sending an enquiry
The contact form sends your name, reply email, selected topic and message through the Namecheap hosting mail service to Darren’s team at page@dsrepro.co.uk. The larger version’s form uses the same destination and may include an office preference. Supplying a reply route lets the team respond; browsing does not require a submission.
The form acknowledgement means the hosting mail service accepted the message for delivery. It does not confirm inbox arrival or that Darren has read it. If delivery fails, the form explains what happened and offers direct email and telephone routes. There is no marketing subscription or public message board attached to an enquiry.
Answering a business enquiry uses legitimate interests in providing a useful response. Where you request a proposal for a contract with you, steps taken at your request before a contract may apply. Relevant information may be shared with authorised project specialists when needed to assess or deliver the work, and with hosting or email providers supporting that exchange.
The form runtime does not keep a separate archive of your name, email address or message. To prevent abuse and repeated delivery, it holds keyed fingerprints of the connecting IP and submission, timestamps and delivery status in private hosting storage for up to one hour; expired records are pruned on a later permitted attempt. These technical records are not treated as anonymous. Hosting providers may also keep operational logs under their service practices.
A necessary, secure anti-forgery cookie lasts up to two hours. It connects the form you opened to the request you submit, without tracking your visits. The browser-storage notice explains it. Your browser may independently retain form history or a draft under its own settings.
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the conversation is active and where needed for a resulting project, an applicable record obligation or a dispute. A commissioned project sets out any further processing and responsibilities. Keep passwords, payment details and other people’s confidential records out of your first message.
Exploring the sample tools
The Websites and Software service pages contain written explanations and static illustrations. They do not accept example inputs, open software accounts or create customer records. Separate Work studies and the workspace guide offer optional tools; their selections and calculations remain in the current page rather than being sent to a business system or saved in browser storage.
Contacting Darren directly
Calling or emailing Darren is another way to start the same conversation. Your communications provider and the recipient’s provider handle that exchange. Give enough detail to explain the problem and how to reply, without sending private customer records or account credentials.
Authorised maintainers and providers may need access to relevant information to investigate a fault or support the service. Provider support can involve processing outside the UK; ask Darren about arrangements affecting your information. Any commissioned client system needs its own agreed data responsibilities and safeguards.
Asking about a record or raising a concern
Page & Process operator: DS Repro and Partners. Operating base: Unit 5, Guardian Point, Guardian St, Warrington WA5 1AU.
For a privacy question, contact Darren at page@dsrepro.co.uk or 01925 632717. Explain which interaction concerns you so the relevant information can be located. You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restricted use, portability or an objection to processing; the rights that apply depend on the circumstances. Identity or control of a record may need checking before it is changed.
A request to exercise a data right normally receives a response within one month, subject to the applicable rules for identity checks, complexity and extension. The ICO explains the response times for rights requests. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
The optional larger version has separate privacy information covering its games and voluntary public scores. Those features are only loaded when you choose to enter that area.
