◌The information garden
Who receives your question?
This larger Page & Process experience is operated by DS Repro and Partners, based at Unit 5, Guardian Point, Guardian St, Warrington WA5 1AU. Darren at DS Repro receives project enquiries through page@dsrepro.co.uk or 01925 632717 and coordinates the relevant people.
Use this lead contact for website information, game records and privacy requests. The lead coordinates a response with the authorised website maintainers. A commissioned client system has its own agreed controller, processors, purposes and notice; this page covers the Page & Process website.
The studio, Possibility Machine, sample workspace and brief builder process your choices in your browser. Optional device memory can retain a public project name, visual choices, sample answers, approval state and drafted brief so you can return. Session-only use keeps new values in the current tab. Earlier preview choices may still be read until you turn memory off or forget them.
Briefs and artwork download to your device. The email button opens your email application; you review and send the message yourself. Studio share links include the public name and studio choices in a URL fragment. Anyone receiving that link can read those choices, so leave private notes out of a shared name. Paper Trail routes remain in the current page memory and clear on reload.
Game removal tokens remain available. Forgetting a project choice does not remove a published score.
When you choose a conversation.
If you send an enquiry, the lead receives the contact details, organisation information and message you include. Responding and preparing a requested proposal may use the steps-before-contract basis where applicable, or legitimate interests in answering a business enquiry. The legitimate interest is a useful, relevant response to your request.
This area’s contact form passes your name, reply email, message and optional office preference through Namecheap’s mail service to page@dsrepro.co.uk. The main site’s form uses the same route with a topic in place of the office choice. A necessary two-hour anti-forgery cookie helps validate each submission. It does not create a public message or subscribe you to marketing. Its acknowledgement confirms the host accepted the email for delivery, rather than confirming it has been read. The website keeps no separate archive of message content. Short security records contain keyed IP and submission fingerprints, timestamps and delivery status, with no readable name, message or email address. They prevent repeated mail after a lost acknowledgement. Active records expire after one hour and are pruned on the next permitted enquiry attempt.
Correspondence is kept while the enquiry is active and, where necessary, to document a resulting project, resolve a dispute or meet legal record obligations. The relevant job agreement explains further processing. You are not required to supply personal information to browse or play; the lead needs a reply route to answer an enquiry. This website does not enrol you in marketing by publishing a game result.
Poppy's board: your publishing choice.
Poppy's game creates an anonymous run identifier when you start. If you complete a run, enter a nickname and tick the publishing box, the public board displays that nickname, score, mode and completion date. The private record also holds the round results needed to check it. Publication relies on your consent. Choose a nickname rather than a real name.
Completed board records have a 730-day expiry; unfinished run credentials expire after 24 hours. Expired records are removed when the game service is next used. A removal token saved after publication lets this browser delete your most recently saved record. Use Remove my saved record on the game board. For an earlier record, or if the token has been lost, contact the lead with its nickname, date and score.
Starting the optional arcade creates a random run identifier and game seed. A result is published only after you choose a nickname and confirm publication. The server checks the move sequence; it retains a verification hash rather than the submitted move list. The public result includes nickname, verified score, cleared lines, level, duration and completion date.
Consent is the basis for public score publication. The board keeps up to 90 days of results and at most the newest 3,000 records, so a result may leave earlier. Unpublished sessions expire after one hour. Expired records are removed when the game service is next used. The most recent removal token is kept on this device for up to 90 days. Remove my score in the arcade withdraws that publication. Contact the lead for other records or a lost token.
The requests behind a working page.
Namecheap hosts the pages, media and separate game databases. Serving a request exposes its connecting IP address, requested URL and ordinary browser request details to the host. The host may retain operational and security logs under its service practices; authorised maintainers may use these to investigate failures or abuse.
Both game APIs use a hash derived from the connecting IP and current ten-minute window to limit repeated requests. Expired buckets are removed on later API activity. Running and protecting the requested game uses legitimate interests in service integrity. Hashing reduces what is stored; it does not make every technical record anonymous.
No advertising, behavioural analytics or third-party tracking scripts are installed in this release. Game validation does not make decisions about access to employment, credit or another consequential service.
A careful boundary around shared information.
Information may be handled by the hosting provider, the lead's email service and authorised maintainers for the purpose described here. Project specialists receive relevant enquiry information when needed to scope or deliver the requested work. Lawful disclosure may also be required. External publisher links lead to separate services with their own notices.
Game recovery uses private encrypted snapshots, retaining the newest seven verified copies. A score removed from the live board can remain in an older recovery copy until rotation; contact the lead about recovery-copy removal. Optional preferences are retained until you forget them or clear this site's browser data. Downloaded files remain until you delete them.
Provider support and subcontractors can involve processing outside the UK. Ask the lead for the arrangements applying to your information; this page does not claim all provider processing stays in one country. Any commissioned transfer of client information must have the applicable contractual and transfer safeguards agreed before it begins.
Your rights have a human route.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restricted use of personal information, and portability where it applies. You can withdraw consent for a public game record at any time, without changing the lawfulness of earlier use. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests; explain your situation so it can be considered.
Email the lead with Privacy request and enough information to locate the record. Proof of control may be needed before changing a record. Rights requests normally receive a response within one month, subject to the lawful rules for identity checks, complexity or extension. A privacy complaint can use the support route, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
