Checked . These notes apply to the main website, including its service pages, examples and information pages.
What these pages use
The main pages do not use advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or embedded social feeds. Fonts, illustrations and scripts are served by this website. Main-site study filters, reading panels and optional calculators hold their choices only in the open page, without saving them to local storage, session storage or a browser database.
The Websites and Software pages explain the offer through static illustrations and ordinary scrolling. The contact form has one necessary security cookie, described below; it does not create a customer account or remember your message in device storage.
A necessary form-security cookie
__Host-pp_contact_csrf is an anti-forgery cookie used by the main and larger-version enquiry forms. It helps the server check that a submission came from the form opened in this browser. It is set when a Contact page is opened and expires after two hours; a later form visit may refresh it.
The cookie is restricted to this HTTPS host, marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and contains a security value rather than your name, email or message. It is not an analytics identifier. Blocking it can prevent the form from sending; you can still email Darren or call 01925 632717.
Why there is no tracking banner
There is no optional tracking technology to accept on the main site. The form-security cookie is necessary for protecting the enquiry you choose to send. The ICO explains the exception for necessary storage and access. If optional tracking is introduced, its explanation and the controls needed for that use must be in place before it starts.
What changes when you enter a world
“Enter another world” opens the larger version, with its own information pages and interactive features. Some of those features can remember settings or demonstrations. Discover belongs to the main site: its study filters and reading panels hold their state only while the page is open. The larger version loads only when you choose to visit it; viewing or hovering over its link does not start it.
Those areas share this domain. Information they leave in the browser can remain after you return, even though the main site does not use it. The description above is not a claim that the entire domain is free of stored data.
Your browser controls
Browser settings let you inspect or remove this domain’s saved information. Removing the form-security cookie means a fresh Contact page may be needed before sending. Clearing optional-world preferences resets the choices described in that area’s separate storage inventory.
If you publish a game score in the larger version, remove the result using its game controls before clearing the private removal token from this device. Clearing browser data by itself does not remove a public score. Read the main Privacy notice for enquiry delivery and hosting records.
