Version dated . These terms concern the current Page & Process pages. They are not a contract for building a website, supplying software or producing print.
An enquiry starts a conversation
This public website introduces the Page & Process offer. Browsing, sending an enquiry or using an optional sample control does not create a customer account, buy a service or reserve delivery capacity. Darren can help establish whether an idea fits your needs and what a useful next step would be.
Explore with care
Use the pages and offered demonstrations for their intended purpose. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access or send another person’s information without permission. Software illustrations and concept studies are explanations, not connected client systems. Leave confidential details out of their optional tools.
Discuss first, agree the work separately
If an idea looks useful, Darren can help turn it into a brief. Before work is commissioned, the relevant parties need to agree its scope, responsibilities, price, timing, ownership and ongoing support. Any required access to another system, permission to use supplied materials and limits on automation belong in that agreement.
Nothing on these pages is a promise of a particular financial result, guaranteed time saving or compatibility with every external service. An example describes a possibility that still needs to be checked against the client's circumstances.
Content and outside destinations
The website makes the work available to view; it does not grant permission to republish its designs, photographs, code or brand marks. Ask about reuse before taking material into another project. Third-party names and marks retain their own ownership.
Following a link to another organisation takes you to that organisation's service and its own conditions. The optional larger version on this domain keeps its own notices; its earlier material does not change the main site's project scope.
Questions before you proceed
Page & Process operator: DS Repro and Partners. Operating base: Unit 5, Guardian Point, Guardian St, Warrington WA5 1AU.
Ask Darren to clarify anything that affects your decision. A project proposal should resolve uncertainty before either side commits. The Website information page explains how to recognise this version and read its illustrative material.
