Start with the lead.
Email page@dsrepro.co.uk or call 01925 632717. The lead team's published hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm UK time. For a new project, explain the organisation, the job to improve and any important date.
For an existing project, include the project reference and the result you need. The agreed care plan establishes response times and coverage for that service. This general contact route does not promise round-the-clock incident support.
Give the problem a clear shape.
Tell us the page URL, what you expected, what happened and the browser or access method involved. A redacted screenshot can help. Say whether the issue is a broken feature, an access barrier, a source correction, a game record or a delivery concern.
Explain what would resolve the matter for you and how you would prefer a reply. Avoid passwords or unrelated personal information. The lead reviews the evidence, involves the responsible specialist and explains the next action; a material change to an agreed project is discussed before it is made.
Take a published score off the board.
Use Poppy's Remove my saved record action or Page Drop's Remove my score action on the browser that published it. If you need an earlier record removed or have lost its token, email the nickname, date and score so the lead can locate it and check the request. Clearing saved preferences does not remove a public result.
Ask for a usable route.
Describe the page, task and access method that are proving difficult, then say what would help: another format, less motion or a direct explanation. The lead can discuss the alternative with you without requiring a medical history.
Help the evidence stay accurate.
For a newsroom or case-material correction, include the item URL, the statement that needs review and the original evidence. For a rights concern, identify the work and your relationship to it. The lead routes the detail to the maintainer for correction, clarification or removal where appropriate.
A privacy concern deserves its own route.
Use Privacy complaint in the email subject, or raise it by phone. Describe the information involved, the action you are concerned about and any relevant earlier request. The lead will acknowledge a data-protection complaint within 30 days, investigate without undue delay and communicate the outcome and any further action.
If you remain dissatisfied, ask the lead to review the response and explain the unresolved point. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. A request to exercise a data right has its own response period, normally one month; it is not treated as a reason to postpone acting on that request.
Choose the detail, not another obstacle.
You can ask for an alternative information format or a way to complete a task without its animation or game. Tell the lead the format or assistance that would work for you. Security reports should use Security concern and safe, redacted evidence; the maintainer can agree a protected route for anything sensitive.
A complaint about commissioned work is considered against its written scope, approvals and applicable rights. Keep the relevant records so the cause and an appropriate remedy can be discussed.
Useful original guidance.
