A GOOD QUESTION IS ALWAYS WELCOME
Let’s make
that clear.
Before you choose a website partner, understand what you are committing to. Find direct answers about research, original content, contributed hours, project scope, access and continuing care. Use the answers to prepare the questions that matter to your organisation; the actual proposal confirms your own arrangements.

Getting started
Who can take part?
Everyone is welcome to enquire: sole traders, microbusinesses, small businesses, large corporations, charities and public organisations. You do not need an existing relationship with the team. Project fit, contributed work, scope and costs are agreed individually.
How does first come, first served work?
Enquiries are considered in the order the lead team receives them. Email or call to register your interest; downloading a brief alone does not join the queue. The lead confirms project fit, contribution, scope, delivery capacity and the start date. First come, first served does not guarantee immediate delivery or acceptance of every proposed scope.
Do I need a complete website brief?
No. Start with your business, the person you want to help and one job you would like to improve. The brief builder gives you a structured starting point to share with the lead team. The actual scope is developed together.
What will I need to provide?
Your knowledge of the business, access to relevant existing material, confirmed service facts and a named approver. We write the first draft within the agreed scope. Photography, specialist evidence or integration access may require additional input.
Do you write the website content?
Original writing is part of the proposed connected website offer and is defined in each project scope. Research informs the structure and messages; you confirm the facts, promises and specialist terminology before publication.
Can you work with our existing website or identity?
We begin by reviewing what exists and what the business needs. Every new project receives bespoke design, development and original content created from scratch, informed by the buyer research. Access, platform condition and rights to existing assets affect the scope.
Scope and cost
What does the £500,000 comparison mean?
The programme team reports selected earlier projects receiving quotations above £500,000 from other UK agencies, while supported clients paid little or nothing for contributed development work. Comparable scope and source quotation records have not been independently verified for this website. This is not a quoted price or a promised saving; your own contribution, external services and ongoing care are agreed separately.
Does 90% volunteered hours mean a 90% discount?
No. The figure describes the proposed contribution of eligible project hours. Paid responsibilities, external services, production costs and ongoing care may still apply. The project agreement explains the calculation, eligibility and customer commitment.
What does a website cost?
The cost follows the agreed deliverables, contribution model and required services. Research, content sets, integrations, software and ongoing care change the work involved. The investment page explains what a useful proposal should make visible; there is no universal price implied by the demonstrations.
How long will the project take?
A delivery plan is agreed after scope, dependencies and review availability are understood. Content confirmation, external accounts and changes to the brief can affect the sequence. We do not publish an invented deadline for an unscoped project.
Can the scope grow later?
Yes, where agreed. A focused first release can establish the important journey, then additional tools or content can follow. New work is reviewed for cost, timing, maintenance and dependencies before it becomes a commitment.
Technology
Which platform will you use?
The platform follows editing frequency, integrations, ownership expectations and maintenance needs. Every project receives bespoke design, original content and project-specific development. Static publishing or a content management system can support that work. The proposal identifies the chosen approach and who will maintain it.
Can you add a booking system, shop or client portal?
These are possibilities rather than automatic inclusions. We define the tasks, data, roles and external-service requirements before selecting or building a solution. Live availability, payments, permissions and records need a clear operating plan.
Will the website work on mobile?
Responsive behaviour is part of the website design scope. Important tasks need layouts and controls suited to smaller screens. The expressive experience can be simplified where that makes it easier to use.
What about accessibility?
We plan access alongside design and agree the review target for the project. Keyboard use, structure, labels, contrast and motion are considered. Automated checks do not certify compliance; manual review and any formal audit have a defined scope.
Who owns the domain, content and accounts?
Ownership and access arrangements are recorded in the project agreement. That should cover the domain, hosting, content rights, source deliverables and third-party accounts, together with the practical handover.
Search and care
Do you guarantee Google rankings or enquiries?
No. Research, useful content, technical foundations and measurement can support a better search journey, but rankings, traffic and sales depend on factors beyond a website build. We agree useful actions and review the evidence available.
Do you manage advertising and social media?
Campaign content, assets and landing pages can be prepared within an agreed scope. Advertising spend, media buying, delivery platforms and ongoing account management are separate responsibilities where commissioned.
What happens after launch?
The handover and care plan explain support routes, responsibilities, content changes and system maintenance. Hosting, backups, monitoring, response arrangements and improvements are included as agreed, rather than assumed to be unlimited.
The collaboration
Who will I speak to?
New visitors and existing clients can speak to the lead team, who coordinate the project and bring the relevant specialists into the work. The collaboration page shows the different contributions through their logos; accountability remains clear in the scope.
Are the examples on this site real client case studies?
The working examples are demonstrations built for Page & Process. Sector scenarios use illustrative businesses. They show capability rather than invented customer results.
Does the brief form send my information?
No. The current brief builder prepares and downloads a document in your browser. You share it with your contact yourself. The workspace examples also use browser-local demonstration data; they are not live client accounts.
These answers describe the proposed offer. Your project agreement confirms the actual scope, responsibilities and commercial arrangements.
