An enquiry opens a conversation.
Page & Process operator: DS Repro and Partners. Operating base: Unit 5, Guardian Point, Guardian St, Warrington WA5 1AU.
This page explains the Page & Process service framework. The named parties, written proposal and accepted project agreement establish the terms for commissioned work. Exploring a tool, downloading a brief or publishing a game score does not create an order, reserve production time or take a payment.
Everyone is welcome to enquire, from a sole trader to a public organisation. First come, first served applies to the order enquiries reach the lead. Acceptance depends on project fit, agreed scope and available delivery capacity; the lead confirms a realistic start.
Write the useful finish before the start.
Every new project is research-led: understand the buyer, create bespoke content and design from scratch, build the relevant process and test the important journey. The agreement identifies the deliverables and the evidence, reviews and acceptance criteria required. Existing brand material and business information inform the brief; factual and rights checks remain part of approval.
Define the pages, functionality, integration responsibilities, devices, accessibility requirements and delivery stages. A proposed feature on this website becomes an inclusion only when it is in the agreed scope. Client decisions, access permissions and complete factual information affect progress.
Give the contribution a precise meaning.
The model is built around 90% volunteered project hours for eligible work, under a coordinated lead. Eligibility, the calculation and the customer's commitment must be confirmed for the actual project. This figure describes contributed hours rather than a guaranteed percentage discount on every cost.
A proposal should identify paid responsibilities, VAT where applicable, domains, hosting, licences, payments, print production and ongoing care. Approval of external spending, invoice milestones and any deposit are agreed before commitment. No universal fee or unlimited free maintenance is established by this page.
Let a change have its own conversation.
A new requirement, extra integration or altered deadline can change effort and schedule. Record the change, its effect and approval before implementing it. Name the person authorised to approve content, design, data handling and launch; a clear version history makes that decision traceable.
Agree ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, supplied assets, licensed components and working files. Bespoke project work can use properly licensed tools and libraries; their licences still apply. Confidential material needs an agreed transfer and access route before it is supplied.
Make the next chapter operable.
Handover should identify the live host, domain control, administration access, recovery arrangements, known limitations and the person responsible for continuing care. Agree how defects are reported and reviewed against the approved scope, and how later improvements are commissioned.
Cancellation, a pause, refunds and dispute handling depend on the agreed work and applicable law. Where a client is acting as a consumer, legally required pre-contract information and any applicable cancellation rights must be provided before agreement. These pages do not exclude statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Useful original guidance.
